By accessing www.8thheaven.in or placing an order with 8th Heaven Nightwear Atelier, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all related policies.

All orders placed through the website constitute an offer to purchase, accepted only when our atelier issues a formal dispatch confirmation with tracking details. We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders where pieces are unavailable, listed with pricing errors, or suspected to be intended for unauthorised commercial resale.

All prices on the storefront are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) for domestic orders, inclusive of applicable Indian Goods and Services Tax (GST). International clients may view equivalent foreign currencies using our currency selector.

Prices are subject to revision without prior notice, but any confirmed order will always be honoured at the price recorded at the time of checkout.

A GST-compliant tax invoice is generated for every confirmed domestic order in the registered name of the merchant.

Online payments are processed securely through Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway supporting UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), RuPay, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Net Banking.

Card numbers, passwords, and banking credentials are never collected or stored on 8th Heaven servers.

All creative content, garment patterns, silhouette cuts, photography, lookbooks, illustrations, text copy, and brand assets displayed on www.8thheaven.in are the exclusive intellectual property of 8th Heaven Nightwear Atelier.

No commercial reproduction, imitation, or redistribution of our designs or digital media is permitted without prior written consent.

These Terms of Service and any contractual disputes arising from the purchase of goods shall be governed by the laws of India.

Any legal proceedings or arbitration shall fall within the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
