1. Registered legal entity & commercial identity
8th Heaven Nightwear operates as a registered Indian enterprise based in Gujarat, India. Our legal entity classification, tax registration numbers, and official premises are disclosed in the summary table above.
Every order fulfilled through www.8thheaven.in is accompanied by a compliant tax invoice bearing our registered entity name and applicable GSTIN.
2. Payment gateway settlement & Razorpay architecture
All domestic and international card, net-banking, and UPI transactions are processed through Razorpay, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment aggregator.
Payment information is collected on Razorpay's secure hosted surface and is never exposed to or stored on our servers.
We do not pre-authorise or freeze funds prior to order confirmation. Settled funds are credited to our registered business bank account within 2 working days of a completed transaction.
3. Taxation & Goods and Services Tax (GST) compliance
All listed prices for delivery in India are inclusive of applicable Indian GST. Product GST is calculated at the rate applicable to apparel and textile products and is clearly itemised on your tax invoice.
For export orders shipped under international commercial terms, any destination import tariffs or value-added taxes are the responsibility of the overseas recipient.
