7-Day Exchange Policy

1. 7-Day exchange window & No Returns / No Cash Refunds rule
Exchange Window: If you wish to exchange a garment for a different size, pattern, or style, you may initiate an exchange request within 7 calendar days from the date of confirmed delivery.
Absolute Policy: 8th Heaven operates strictly on an Exchange-Only model. We maintain a NO RETURNS / NO CASH REFUNDS policy for personal preference, change of mind, or sizing choices.
Defective Items: Cash refunds are granted only if an item is received with a manufacturing defect or wrong product sent, and an identical replacement cannot be provided due to permanent stock depletion.
2. Eligibility conditions & hygiene standards
Condition: Every returned piece must be completely unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and free of cosmetic stains, perfume scents, deodorant marks, or pet hair.
Tags & Packaging: All original fabric tags, brand labels, spare buttons, ribbons, and cotton dust bags must be attached and returned intact in their original condition.
Hygiene Considerations: Because nightwear and loungewear are personal, close-contact intimate garments, garments showing any signs of wear, body scent, laundering, or fabric stretching will immediately fail Quality Check (QC) and will be returned to the client at their expense.
Final Sale Items: Commissioned, bespoke, monogrammed, made-to-measure pieces and items purchased during clearance or designated 'Final Sale' events are non-exchangeable.
3. Reverse pickup & atelier quality check (QC) timeline
Reverse Pickup: Once your exchange request is approved by our concierge, our courier partner will attempt reverse pickup from your delivery address within 3 to 7 working days.
Non-Serviceable Areas: If your pin code is not serviceable for reverse logistics by our courier network, we will request you to safely self-ship the package to our Ahmedabad atelier with courier tracking. A flat self-ship reimbursement of ₹100 is credited to your store wallet upon receipt.
Quality Inspection: Returned pieces take 7 to 10 days to reach our atelier. Upon receipt, our inspection team examines the garment within 2 to 4 working days to verify condition.
Exchange Dispatch: Once QC is approved, your replacement style or size is dispatched immediately with complimentary shipping, and fresh tracking details are shared.
4. Price difference handling & Store Credit balance
Higher Value Replacement: If you select a replacement item of higher monetary value, the price difference must be settled online via Razorpay before dispatch.
Lower Value Replacement: If you select a replacement item of lower monetary value, the remaining balance is issued as a digital Store Credit / Gift Voucher.
Store Credit Issuance: Store credits are issued in the form of a unique digital voucher code sent to your registered email and WhatsApp within 24 to 48 hours of QC approval.
Store Credit Validity: Store credits remain valid for 12 months (365 calendar days) from the date of issue and can be applied towards any collection on www.8thheaven.in.
Non-Transferable: Store credits are strictly non-transferable, cannot be redeemed for physical cash, and cannot be refunded to a bank account.
5. How to initiate an exchange
To request an exchange, reach out to our customer concierge within 7 days of delivery quoting your Order Number, current size, and requested replacement size:
